HOT DOG CROWDER
Roast 6 to 8
Hot Dogs 1 Medium Onion, diced 2 Stalks Celery, diced 3 Tablespoons Butter 5 Medium Potatoes, peeled and diced 3-1/2
Cups Water 3-1/2 Cups Milk 4 Tablespoons Flour 1 15 oz. can Corn 1 15 oz. can Creamed Corn |

Cut roasted hot dogs into thin slices. Saute butter, onion and celery over
low heat till softened. Add potatoes to water and cook for 30 minutes or till done. Add Corn, hot dog slices, sauted
onions and celery to potatoes and water. Add 2-1/2 cups of the milk. To remaining milk whisk in the flour and slowly
add to mixture. Bring to serving temp. |
